Membro del Comitato di direzione di European Papers e del Comitato di redazione di Diritto del Commercio Internazionale, GenIus e nelMerito. Iscritto nell’albo degli avvocati di Roma dei ricercatori e professori universitari, già patrocinante dinanzi alla Corte europea dei diritti dell’uomo, al Tribunale amministrativo dell’OIL e al Tribunale amministrativo dell’UNIDROIT.
Principali aree d’interesse: diritto dell’Unione europea, diritto internazionale dell’economia, diritto delle organizzazioni internazionali, diritto internazionale dell’ambiente, tutela dei diritti umani.
Daniele Gallo is currently Associate Professor of EU Law at Luiss Guido Carli University (Rome), where he teaches EU Law and EU Internal Market. He is also Adjunct Professor of EU Law at American University College of Law (Washington DC). He holds a degree in Law (2003) and a Ph.D. in International and EU Law (2008) both from Sapienza University (Rome). Professor invitado (Universidad de La Habana, 2015); Professeur invité (Université de Toulouse, 2015); Visiting Fellow (Leuven University, 2014); European Union Fulbright Schuman Scholar (Fordham Law School, 2010); DAAD Fellow (Max Planck Institute for Public International Law and Comparative Law, 2009-2010); Jean Monnet Fellow (European University Institute, 2008-2009). He is an associate editor of European Papers as well as a member of the editorial committees of Diritto del Commercio Internazionale, GenIus and nelMerito. Lawyer admitted to the bar, he has pleaded before the European Court of Human Rights, the UNIDROIT Administrative Tribunal and the ILO Administrative Tribunal.
