Luca Pasquet
Luca Pasquet è Assistant Professor di diritto internazionale pubblico presso l’Università di Utrecht e ricercatore presso l’Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL). Ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in diritto internazionale presso il Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies di Ginevra. Ha lavorato come ricercatore presso il Global Governance Centre del Graduate Institute e come Senior Research Fellow presso il Max Planck Institute del Lussemburgo per il diritto procedurale. È stato redattore associato e membro del comitato scientifico della Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law ed è membro del comitato dell’International Law Association su Comparative Diplomatic and Consular Immunities Privileges and Inviolabilities. I suoi interessi di ricerca comprendono le immunità, i diritti umani e la teoria del diritto.
Luca Pasquet is Assistant Professor of Public International Law at Utrecht University School of Law, Department of International and European Law, and a Researcher at the Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL). He holds a PhD in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. Before joining Utrecht University, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Global Governance Centre of the Graduate Institute and a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute of Luxembourg for Procedural Law. He served as Associate Editor of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law and is a member of the International Law Association’s committee on Comparative Diplomatic and Consular Immunities Privileges and Inviolabilities. His research interests include immunities, human rights, and legal theory.
